Hello Gorgeous - Welcome to my side hustle! 

My name is Abbey and I am the face behind Ohana & Co. I wanted to share a little bit about me & why I started this epic adventure. 

My small business all started because my three younger sisters approached me at the start of 2019 to help them make some scrunchies during the school holidays. So off we went and purchased a sewing machine, thread, some fabric and elastic. I completely self taught myself how to make them and began selling them to family & friends. I then started a Instagram page and even started stocking them in local hairdressers!

I then started making silicone bead accessories. My older sister is a Primary School teacher and she was constantly buying 'Teacher Lanyards'. I remember buying her three lanyards for Christmas before her Grad year & thought it would be pretty school to make them myself.

As I am sure you can tell by now, my small business is inspired by my family - hence the name 'Ohana & Co.' (And for you Lilo & Stitch fans - "Ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind")

The name was a no brainer for me - because of the huge impact my family have had on my business!
